Foundation History
The International Human Rights Organization – Ayin Sohayota Foundation (ASF) was established in 2020 with the vision of ensuring justice and legal support for all. It began as a small initiative driven by passionate individuals committed to protecting human rights and providing legal assistance to those who could not afford it.
Key Development Journey:
- 2020 → Foundation started with limited members and local legal aid activities
- 2021–2022 → Expanded awareness programs, community engagement, and volunteer network
- 2023 → Strengthened organizational structure and introduced nationwide coordination
- Present → Operating as a growing legal aid and human rights organization with structured committees and expanding impact
Since its inception, ASF has worked tirelessly to:

- Support women, children, and underprivileged communities

Our Constitution

Organizational Structure
A clear hierarchy from Central Committee to local branches ensures smooth decision-making and implementation.
Membership Policy
Membership is granted through proper verification, requiring application, documents, and approval. We offer different membership categories (General, Lifetime, Donor).
Financial Transparency
All funds are managed under proper audit systems with regular financial reports maintained. Donations are used strictly for legal aid and social welfare.
Legal Compliance
All activities strictly follow the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
Code of Conduct
Members must maintain discipline and ethical behavior. No misuse of position or authority is allowed, and respect for human rights is mandatory.
Advocacy & Legal Aid Policy
Priority is given to poor and vulnerable individuals. Legal support includes consultation, mediation, and case handling. Awareness programs, seminars, and campaigns are conducted regularly.
